Toronto East Quadrant Local Immigration Partnership
The IRCC supports the development of local partnerships and community-based planning for the needs of newcomers by utilizing Local Immigration Partnerships (LIPs). We seek to involve diverse stakeholders in the partnership development process which includes service provider organizations, levels of government, school boards, professional associations, ethno-cultural organizations, faith-based organizations, the social services sector as well as the community at large.

Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre
The Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre was founded in 1976 to assist the various ethnic groups in the City of Welland and surrounding areas of Port Colborne, Pelham, Wainfleet, and Fort Erie. As the number of immigrants that needed our expertise grew we opened the Multicultural Network of Niagara Falls in 1995. We also offer satellite services for the Niagara Falls community.
The Saint John Newcomers Centre
Founded in 2009, the purpose of the SJNC is to improve the cultural, social, and economic well-being of citizens and newcomers of all backgrounds to Greater Saint John and to promote equality for all cultural groups.
Starling Community Services
Starling Community Services (formerly Lutherwood) is a progressive, not-for-profit that annually provides children’s mental health, employment, and housing services to more than 16,000 people of diverse identities within Waterloo Region and Wellington County.
Scadding Court Community Centre
Founded in 1975, SCCC is a multi-service, community-based organization with programs and services geared toward under-serviced, culturally and racially diverse groups including low-income women, children and families, at-risk youth, people with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
Saskatoon Open Door Society
The Saskatoon Open Door Society welcomes refugees and displaced people from around the globe by providing assistance with airport receptions, interpretation and translation services, housing, income support, health cards and medical appointments, transportation, grocery shopping, and registering children for school.
